How much does the MilkSwift software cost?
The MilkSwift team consults your team, develops your company-specific software, and trains your stakeholders for free. You only pay for the MilkSwift software when you start using it. We offer clients a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) pricing model with a fixed, agreed-upon cost based on the quantity of milk you manage annually. Each dairy company pays based on how many liters, kilograms, or pounds of raw milk they process through the software each month. The price range is between 3-8 euro cents per 100 liters (e.g., if your company processes an average of 10,000 tons of raw milk per month, MilkSwift software will cost you 5000 euros per month).
What custom features can you build?
If your company has particular needs for your specific dairy supply chain, the MilkSwift team will build almost any custom features or implement any integrations you need. However, there is only one condition: all these features, applications, or portals should be directly related to your supply chain (e.g., if you want to build a human resource management (HRM) portal inside the MilkSwift software, we will not be able to deliver such a feature).
How long does the entire process take?
Your onboarding process will have a specific timeframe that indicates when your organization is ready to move forward. Many factors will influence the timeframe of your onboarding process, such as custom software requirements, software integration, historical data, and master data. The consultation phase usually takes between two to three weeks to understand all stakeholder requirements and collect all the necessary data. The confirmation phase will last one week, during which time we can build you a visual prototype with specific requirements for confirmation. After you give the green light for implementation, this process will take three to four weeks to deliver the software. The MilkSwift software is set up and ready to go. We will train your stakeholders for one to two weeks. During your one-month trial period, we suggest that you use the MilkSwift software in parallel with your current supply chain tools. The entire process takes about three months, including the one-month trial period.
How do we switch from the current supply chain tools to MilkSwift software?
Once your supply chain stakeholders are trained and the software is set up and ready for a trial period, we suggest using MilkSwift in parallel with your current supply chain tools until all stakeholders are comfortable with the software. While it will take some time to get used to the new tools, it will be worth it. If your stakeholders enjoy working with the MilkSwift software after two weeks, and you are confident that you would like to continue to use MilkSwift after the trial period, your organization can start leaving your current supply chain tools over the next two weeks. After the trial period is over, we will provide you with a contract for the agreed-upon cost based on the quantity of milk you manage annually. Hence, you can be confident that the cost of our services will not increase unexpectedly.
How do I start the process with MilkSwift?

This call will help us get to know each other. We will provide all the information you need to know and answer all your questions. The MilkSwift team will take detailed notes on how big your organization is, which systems you currently use, and more to best understand your needs ahead of time.
When does my company start paying for the MilkSwift software?
We consult your organization, develop the software, and train your stakeholders free of charge. There is no catch. We give your organization all upfront value to demonstrate our expertise and prove that we are worthy of becoming one of your most trusted partners. Implementing the MilkSwift software is a significant decision for your company. We understand this better than anyone. We demand a very high level of quality from ourselves and our clients. That is the primary reason we give you all the upfront value before you decide to continue with us in the long term. Your organization will only start paying for the MilkSwift software after completing the trial period. If you continue to use the software after the trial period, we will provide you with the first invoice for any raw milk you processed through the software during this period.
